(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(B1448 TOPCLIFFE ROAD, SOWERBY) ORDER 2014 NO 176
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along B1448 Topcliffe Road, Sowerby, in the District of Hambleton due to carriageway resurfacing. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 31.05.14 until 28.06.14 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken from 31.05.14, night time works, for up to 2 weeks. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
