Notice Of Making Of a Public Path Order Highways Act 1980 North York Moors National Park Authority
Footpath 202 Cold Kirby (Sutton Bank) Diversion Order 2012

The above Order, made on 17 October 2012, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will move the northern end of the footpath 44 metres east of the tight A170 corner at the crest of Sutton Bank as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at the Sutton Bank National Park Visitor Centre, Sutton Bank, Thirsk, Y07 2EH until. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a reasonable cost by contacting the Head of Legal and Support Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, Y011 2HG. Tel: (01723) 232323.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Head of Legal and Support Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, Y011 2HG not later than 17 December 2012. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
