Notice of Making of a Definitive Map Modification Order

North York Moors National Park Definitive Map and Statement
Footpath 15 whorlton (Huthwaite Green) Definitive Map Modification Order 2012
The above Order, made on 2 November 2012, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by showing the footpath to Perish Crook commencing on the unclassified road to the north-west of the farm, rather than passing through the garden as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Stokesley Post Office, 44 High Street, Stokesley, Middlesbrough, TS9 5DQ until 4 January 2013. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a reasonable cost by contacting Head of Legal and Support Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. Tel: (01723) 232323.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Head of Legal and Support Services, Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG not later than 4 January 2013. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North York Moors National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
