NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that David Johnson intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Avalon 8 Blackwellgate Darlington DL1 5HL.The variation proposed is as follows:- Application is made to amend the terminal hour for all licensable activities to 02.00 daily.
Application is also made to amend the plan attached to the premises licence. Application is made to permit licensable activities to be permitted both indoors and outdoors. Application is also made to remove condition 2 of Annex 2 to
remove the occupancy level as this is now covered by existing primary legislation. Application is made to amend the opening hours for the premises to 09.00 daily to enable the premises to open for non-licensable activities e.g. tea, coffee, break­fast etc.Acopyof the Application can be inspected at the offices of Darlington Borough Council, Feethams Town Hall Darlington DL1 5QT
