Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Limited Address of Premises: Co-op, 32-34 Market Place, Thirsk YO7 1LB. The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence number 09_PREM_01068. The purpose of this application is to vary the hours when the sale of alcohol may take place from Mon-Sat from 07.00-23.00 to 06.00-23.00 and Sunday from 10.00-22.30 to 06.00-23.00. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by Tuesday 12 February 2013. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours. All representations regarding this application MUST BE IN WRITING and sent to: Hambleton District Council Licensing, Civic Centre, Stone Cross Northallerton DL6 2UU or www.hambleton.gov.uk.
