Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Limited Address of Premises: Stone Cross Food Store, Northallerton Road, Brompton, Northallerton DL6 2PX The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence number 05¬_PREMC_00254. The purpose of this application is to vary the hours when the sale of alcohol may take place from Mon-Sat from 08.00-23.00 to 05.00-00.00 and Sunday 10.00-22.30 to 05.00-00.00 and allow the provision of late night refreshment to take place Mon-Sun between 23.00-00.00.
