PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 NOTICE

is given that anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named late of South View, West Avenue, Billingham, Stockton on Tees, Cleveland, TS23 1DA who died on the 14th September 2012 is required to send particulars thereof to Farleys Solicitors LLP of 12 – 20 Willow Street, Accrington, Lancashire, BB5 1LP before the 2nd July 2013 after which date the Administrator will administer the estate having regard only to the valid claims or interests notified.
