has received the following: Affecting or Adjacent to a Public Right of Way Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 13 Application Reference No. R/52/208/OH From Northern Powergrid (North East) Limited for notification under Reg 5 The Overhead Lines (Exemption) Regulations 2009 to replace existing wooden poles and open wire conductor with a single aerial bunch conductor at Middle, West & Far Borwins, Bainbridge. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted by appointment at our Bainbridge or Grassington offices telephone 0300 456 0030 or on our website .
