I Tomaya Dura hereby give notice that an application wasmade to Richmondshire District Council on the 13th May2013 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Ghurka'sCorner,3 The Broadway, Colburn, Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire, DL9 4RF from whichthe following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 0900 and 2200 hours MondaytoSunday inclusive.2. The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Richmondshire District Council, Swale House, Frenchgate, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4JE, or online at www.richmondshire.gov.uk. 3. Any interested party or Responsible Authority maymake representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the dayof application wasmade as detailed above.The last dayfor representa­tions being the 12/06/2013.
