DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (SALISBURY TERRACE) ORDER 2013
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4,10, 32,35, 45,46,47,49,51 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 and of the Traffic Management Act 2004. This Order makes permanent from the 11th June 2013 the following restrictions which have been in operation on an experimental basis since the 12th December 2011:-
1. The prohibition of waiting and of loading/unloading from vehicles at anytime in the lengths of road described in Schedule 1 below.

2. The deletion ofthe lengths ofroad detailed in Schedule 2 belowfrom the listofroads in which waiting is prohibited atanytime, to be replace with the lengths ofroad detailed in Schedule 3 below.

3. The deletion ofthe lengths ofroad detailed in Schedule 4 belowfrom the listofroads in which waiting is prohibited from 8am to 6pm.

4. The prohibition ofthe waiting ofvehicles from 8am to 6pm Mon-Satin the lengths ofroad detailed in Schedule 5 below.

5. The designation ofthe length ofroad detailed in Schedule 6 belowas a loading bayfrom 8am to 6pm Mon-Sat. A copy of the Order may be examined free of charge during the hours of 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive at the Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or any provision of it, on the grounds that it is not within the power of the relevant section of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or of any requirementofthatAct or anyenactmentmade under it has notbeen complied with in relation to the Order you may, within sixweeks from the date ofthis notice, applyto the High Court for this purpose.
