LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Middleton Lodge, Middleton Tyas, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 6NJ. Applicant: Mr James Jonathan Allison. A Premises Licence is sought to provide the following throughout the premises: supply of alcohol, live music, plays, films, indoor sports events, recorded music & performance of dance, 24hr licence. Any representations regarding this application, which may be inspected at the under mentioned address, must be made in writing by 17th July 2013 and sent to: Environment Services, Licensing, Richmondshire District Council, Swale House, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4JE. It is an offence knowingly or recklessl to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary convicion of te offence is £5,000.
