APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICANT: STATION HOTEL (NEWCASTLE) LTD PREMISES: MERCURE DARLINGTON (FORMERLY THE KINGS HOTEL) 10-12 PRIESTGATE DARLINGTON DL1 1NL

Notice is given that an application for variation is submitted. Submitted plans account for alterations to the layout of the premises. All current licensable activities are to be varied so they apply 11:00 to 01:30 Monday to Sunday inclusive (Except alcohol which shall operate 11:00 to 01:00). Exceptions will apply for residents and their bona fide guests. The Exhibition of Film is to be added to 24 hours aday daily and Late night refreshment 23:00 to 05:00 daily. Condition 1 and 2of Annex 2 are to be removed, as are restrictions applying to Good Friday and Christmas Day. Seasonal variations will apply and a new operating schedule is submitted.
