PUBLIC NOTICE (Licensing Act 2003)
Take notice that Penny Petroleum (Scarborough) Ltd have applied to Hambleton District Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for avaria-tion to the premises licence in respect of the premises known as Thirsk Service Station, 109 Long St, Thirsk YO7 1 BB.A brief description of the proposed variation is as follows: the sale of alcohol & opening hours 0600 to 2300 hours Monday to Sunday, & to amend a condition on the licence.
