TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Affecting or Adjacent to a Public Right of Way Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 13 Application Reference No. R/56/457A From Mossdale Partnership for full planning permission for construction of micro-hydro electric generation project comprising intake weir, buried pipeline, pipe bridge and part buried powerhouse together with temporary access tracks and temporary storage areas at Mossdale Head, Thwaite Bridge. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted by appointment at our Bainbridge or Grassington offices telephone 0300 456 0030 or on our website
