DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2012 (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2013
Notice is hereby given that Darlington Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of the Traffic Management Act 2004. The effect of the Order will be to amend the Darlington Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading) Consolidation Order 2012 as follows:-
1. To remove the No Stopping on School Entrance Marking Mon-Fri 8am-4pm from Longfield Road and to amend the description of the same restriction in respect of Neasham Road, Middleton St George.
2. To introduce no waiting and no loading/unloading at any time in part of Alderman Leach Drive.
3. To introduce no waiting and no loading/unloading Mon-Fri 8.30am-9.15am and 2.45pm-3.45pm in part of Highside Road and to amend the description of the same restriction in respect of the west side of Millbank.
4. To introduce no waiting at any time in parts of Alderman Best Way, Allington Way, Barnes Close, Barnes Road, Brankin Road, Bob Harrison Court, Brinkburn Road, Bushel Hill Court, Bushel Hill Drive, Carlbury Crescent, Carleton Drive, Chapel Street, Chester Grove, Claxton Avenue, Collingsway, Conyers Avenue, Conyers Close, Conyers Grove, Dinsdale Close, Dudley Road, Edgecombe Drive, Edward Pease Way, Fulthorpe Avenue, Fulthorpe Close, Henson Road, High Green, Kellaw Road, Kew Rise, Lazenby Crescent, Lingfield Way, Lunedale Road, Major Street, McMullen Road, Middleton Lane, Morton Road, Mowden Hall Drive, Neasham Road MSG, North Road Bowman Street and Thompson Street West Back Street, North Road West Back, Nunnery Lane, Pendleton Road South, Pounteys Close, Redmire Close, Staindrop Road, Station Road MSG, Teeswater, Thorntree Gardens, Thorntree Villas, Wild Road and Wilton Drive; and to amend the description of the same restriction
in respect of St John's Crescent and The Broadway.

The Notice, draft Order, plans and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be examined free of charge during the hours of 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excepting Bank Holiday) inclusive at the Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington.
