NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having aclaim against or an interest in the Estate of Eileen Vasey late of 24 Bowes Lyon House, Dunelm Court, Barnard Castle, County Durham, DL12 8YB, who died on the 27th dayof April 2013, an Administration to whose Estate was granted on the 29th August 2013, is Required to send written particulars to the undersigned by the 8 November day of 2013 after whichdate the Administrator of the said Deceased which date will distribute among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of whichthey shall then have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to anyperson of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
