(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS)
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.129/1/1, SHIPTON) ORDER 2013 NO 383
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order, which will prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 10.129/1/1, Shipton in the District of Hambleton, between Grid References SE54385875 and SE54975879, from 28/12/13 to 07/06/14 inclusive, to allow Babcock Rail to carry out drainage repairs at the crossing, which are deemed to be health and safety critical if they are not carried out. The closure will be put into effect when necessary by means of the erection of notices and signs - there is no alternative route available.
