NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(NORTH ROAD, MIDDLEHAM) ORDER 2014 NO 15 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along North Road, Middleham in the District of Richmondshire, from its junction with the A6108, Kirkgate, eastwards to its junction with Dog Hill, due to underground cabling works.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 26/01/14 until 30/03/14 inclusive, however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken for one day on Sunday, 26/01/14 and for one day on Sunday, 02/02/14 during this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained by arrangement with the contractor.
