NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING)
(DISTRICT OF HAMBLETON) (AMENDMENT NO 5) ORDER 2014
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to:-
(1) Amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below; and

(2) Revoke in its entirety "The Council of the Countyof North Yorkshire (Kirkby Fleetham) (Restriction of Waiting) Order 1975".

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order maybe inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Kirkby Fleetham Village Shop & Post Office, 3 Forge Lane, Kirkby Fleetham, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL7 0SA during normal office hours from 17 January 2014 until 10 February 2014.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing, addressed to "Area 2 Thirsk Highways Office, Thirsk Industrial Park, York Road, Thirsk North Yorkshire YO7 3BX" by 10 February 2014.
