NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Amer Ahmed Khedir has on the 04th February 2014, applied to Darlington Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of; Darlington Supermarket, 35 Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7JJ. To permit: Sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) Mon - Sun 08.00 – 23.00 Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Fleethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 03 March 2014. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, by appointment, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
