TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, RICHMONDSHIRE AREA) ORDER 2014 NO 62
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following locations in the District of Richmondshire due to works associated with the A1 upgrade: -
1. A6136 Catterick North, Northbound slips for their entire length

2. A6136 Catterick North, Southbound slips to High Gatherley Farm

3. A6136 Catterick Road, from Thornbrough in a North Easterly direction for 50 metres

4. B6271 Station Road, from Brompton Park in an Easterly direction to Station Road Industrial Estate

5. B6272 Bridge Road, from Honey Pot Road in an Easterly direction to Concrete Factory

6. C1 Scurragh House Lane, from the A1 in an Easterly direction to Morris Grange

7. C36 Catterick Lane, from the A6136 Catterick Lane in a North Westerly direction to Tunstall Road

8. C132 Bowbridge Lane, from the A1 in a Westerly direction to Crabtree Hall

9. U7023 Track to Thornbrough Farm (A1) from

St Giles Farm road in an Easterly direction to A1
10. U7023 Track from A1 in an Easterly direction to Catterick Bridge

The maximum duration of the Order will be from 03/03/14 until 01/09/15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken whenever and wherever required during the Order period. The closures will be put into effect by notices and signs and local alternative routes will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be by arrangement with the contractor.
