NOTICE OF DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC FOOTPATH
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SECTION 25 FOOTPATH No. 10.140/23
IN THE PARISH OF STOKESLEY

Take notice that under an agreement made on the 5th day of February 2014, with North Yorkshire County Council, the right of way described below was dedicated for use by the public as a Footpath.
The effect of the agreement is to create public footpath no. 10.140/23 across the Jubilee Footbridge, Levenside, Stokesley (grid ref NZ 5232 0843 to NZ 5231 0845)
