NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (BEDALE ROAD, SCOTTON) ORDER 2014 NO 63 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Bedale Road, Scotton, from its junction with Meanee Road, southwards for an approximate distance of 150 metres, in the District of Richmondshire, due to drainage works. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 03.03.14 until 20.06.14 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken from 03.03.14 for 5 weeks. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be by arrangement with the contractor.
