(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.110/29/1 NORTHALLERTON) ORDER 2014 NO 93
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order, which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 10.110/29/1 Northallerton between Grid Ref SE37899456 and SE38359461 in the District of Hambleton to enable construction works for the proposed Turker Beck flood storage area as part of the Northallerton Flood Alleviation Scheme.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 17/03/14 until 16/09/14 inclusiveand itis envisaged thattheworks will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
