Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine the Darlington Borough Council Definitive Map and Statement (Public Footpath No.63 Darlington) Modification Order 2012 and will attend at the
The Studio, Dolphin Centre, Horsemarket, Darlington DL1 5RP on Wednesday 30 April 2014 at 10.00am to hold a public local inquiry into the Order
The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to modify the
Definitive Map and Statement for Darlington Borough Council by adding to it the following path:
Afootpath running from Point A on the map attached to the Order at OS Grid Reference NZ 28714-14296 at Grange Road then through a covered alleyway adjacent to 21 Grange Road for a total approximate distance of 22 metres and finishing at Point B on the map attached to the Order at Beaumont Street West OS Grid Reference NZ 28736-14292. The width of the footpath is 3 metres. The footpath is to be known as Public Footpath No.63 Darlington.
