TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building Section 28 - Publicity for Planning Applications Application Reference No. R/05/197C/LB From Mrs Doorbar for listed building consent for creation of internal stud wall at Sunnyside, Low Row. It is considered that the appearance and character of a nearby Listed Building could be affected by the proposed development Affecting or Adjacent to a Public Right of Way Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 13 Application Reference No. R/03/96B From Mr & Mrs Jones for full planning permission for erection of single storey extension and porch; raising of part of existing rear (west) roof to form bathroom; and removal of section of roof over kitchen and substitute with sedum roof at Beck Cottage, Grinton. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
