Notice of Dedication of a Public Footpath Highways Act 1980 - Section 25 Footpath no. 20.6/13 in the Parish of Barton, Middleton Lodge Creation Agreement 2014

Take notice that under an agreement made on the 21st day of March 2014 with North Yorkshire County Council, the right of way described below at Middleton Lodge, Middleton Tyas was dedicated for use by the public as a Footpath.
The effect of the creation agreement is to create a footpath from the junction with the publicly maintainable highway known as Kneeton Lane at Grid Reference NZ 2195 0744, running south east through the gateway to Middleton Lodge and continuing along the access track for approximately 139 metres to its junction with Footpath no. 20.46/4 at the Middleton Tyas parish boundary at
Grid Reference NZ 2201 0731.
