TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Affecting or Adjacent to a Public Right of Way Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 13 Application Reference No. R/91/151 From Hollowgate Farms Ltd for full planning permission for new window openings on west elevation, replacement timber windows and doors, new stone chimney and paving to front at The Old Reading Room, Main Street, West Witton. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
