NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Wensleydale RUFC Ltd is applying for the grant of a premises licence for Cawhill Park, Wensley Road, Leyburn, DL8 5ED. The licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place. The sale of alcohol on the premises, provision of regulated entertainment, provision of facilities for regulated entertainment. Monday-Thursday 11am-11pm, Friday 11am-2am, Saturday 11am-1am, Sunday 12noon-10.30pm. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX. Also on the website, www.richmondshire.gov.uk Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for for a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is level 5 on standard scale. 11th April 2014
