(TEMPORARY 10 MPH AND 40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTIONS)
(VARIOUS ROAD, DISTRICT OF RICHMONDSHIRE) ORDER 2014 NO 155

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 10 mph and 40 mph along the following locations, in the District of Richmondshire due to works in connection with temporary traffic management for surface dressing:-
A684, from Leyburn to the junction with the C35 west of Wensley.
B1263, from Scorton eastwards to the junction with the unclassified road to Forest.
B6255, from it junction with the A684 in Hawes, westwards to the junction with the unclassified road to Appersett.
B6271, from Bolton-on-Swale eastwards for an approximate distance of 1500 metres.
C34, from its junction with the A6108 westwards for an approximate distance of 4500 metres to the junction with the unclassified road to Preston-under-scar.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 03.05.14 until 30.11.14 inclusive however it is envisaged that the restriction will be in force for the timescale above.
The restriction will be put into effect by notices and signs.
