NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (COWLING ROAD, BURRILL) ORDER 2014
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on the length of road specified in the table below.

1 Cowling Road From the junction with Burrill

Road, to a point 10 metres north of the northern boundary line of No. 7 Cowling Road. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Bedale Library, Bedale Hall, Bedale, North Yorkshire DL8 1AA during normal office hours from 2 May 2014 until
27 May 2014.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing addressed to "Area 2 Thirsk Highways Office, Thirsk Industrial Estate, York Road, Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 3BX" or by e-mail (area2.thirsk@northyorks.gov.uk) by 27 May 2014.
