Application Reference No. R/54/150/LB From Mrs Lorriman for listed building consent for re-roofing of house at Grange Cottage, West Burton. Application Reference No. R/91/152 From Mr Orange for full planning permission to rebuild existing rear wall above outshot and to extend the roof over at Pond Cottage, West Witton. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
