NAYLOR ROAD, SEDGEFIELD

(NAYLOR ROAD, SEDGEFIELD)
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2014

The Council intend in not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, to close to pedestrian traffic (1) a 15m length of footpath that extends east to west between No.'s 11 & 17 Naylor Rd; and (2) a 10m length of footpath that extends northwards from the footpath in (1) above, to enable new manhole construction works to be undertaken. The maximum duration of the temporary closure Order is 6 months and is required from 27.05.14 and for the duration of the works anticipated to be 3 weeks. However, on rare occasions, alternative dates for closures may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Alternative routes will be available to pedestrian traffic via the network of other footpaths in the area (Wykes Close, Thurlow Rd., Swifte Close and Naylor Rd.)
