NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING
(DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE)
ORDER 2010 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13
Application Number: NY/2014/0124/FUL Proposed development at Leases Farm Quarry, north of Leeming Bar.
I give notice that the Highways Agency is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the deposit of surplus inert material from the A1 scheme to reprofile and restore Leases Quarry to agricultural use. Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 30 May 2014. The application may be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
