NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) (DISTRICT OF HAMBLETON) (AMENDMENT NO 9) MINOR ORDER 2014 NOTICE is hereby given that on 12 May 2014 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation | Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to incorporate the restrictions specified in the table below into the Schedule to "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" and revoke in its entirety "North Yorkshire County Council (C27, Osmotherley to Swainby) (Clearway) Order 2005".

A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 30 May 2014, together with a map showing the road affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton and at Osmotherley | Top Shop, 15 North End, Osmotherley, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 3BA during normal office hours from 16 May 2014 to 27 June 2014.
If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks of 12 May 2014 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
