PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF
THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Hambleton District Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 19th May 2014. Applicant: Exelby Services ltd. Address of premises' Mace Convenience Store, Exelby Services Coneygarth, Leazes Road, Leeming Bar/Northallerton, DL7 9DD. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the Premises and the provision of Late Night Refreshment. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day - Alcohol Sales 00.00 to 24.00; Late Night Refreshment: 23.00 to 05.00. The postal address of the Licensing. Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: *Hambleton District Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, DL6 2UU.
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating
