(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF HEAVY COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN EXCESS OF 7.5 TONNES (MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT) EXCEPT FOR ACCESS)
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, DISTRICT OF RICHMONDSHIRE)

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -
Section 14(1)(as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which will be to prohibit heavy commercial vehicles in excess of 7.5 tonnes from proceeding along the following locations, in the District of Richmondshire due to maintenance works on A1(T):-
Kneeton Lane - Middleton Tyas (From its junction with the Barton to Stapleton road, southwards to its junction with Middleton Tyas Lane)
Middleton Tyas Lane - Middleton Tyas (From Scotch Corner Interchange, eastwards to its junction with School Bank) School Bank - Middleton Tyas (From its junction with Middleton Tyas Lane, eastwards to its junction with the road which leads to Moulton)
Road Leading To Moulton - Middleton Tyas (From its junction with School Bank, southwards to its junction with Scurragh House Lane in Moulton)
Five Hills Lane - Middleton Tyas (From its junction with Kneeton Lane, north eastwards to its junction with Richmond Road)
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 21.06.14 until 20.12.15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken for various periods of time during the period detailed above. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
