NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (B6274 HIGH STREET / HARTFORTH LANE / HARGILL, GILLING WEST) ORDER 2014 NO 252 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following locations, in the District of Richmondshire due to drainage works:-B6274 High Street / Hartforth Lane - Gilling West (From the Hartforth Lane / Forcett Lane Junction north of Gilling West, southwards to the junction with the vehicular access to 'Laneside Farm') Hargill - Gilling West (From its junction with the B6274, northwards for an approximate distance of 500 metres)
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 14.07.14 until 30.11.14 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken from 14.07.14 for 4 weeks. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
