NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (ASKRIGG WEST MOOR LANE, NEAR 'CROW TREES', MUKER) ORDER 2014 NO 254 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Askrigg West Moor, near 'Crow Trees', Muker from its junction with the B6270 west of Gunnerside, southwards for an approximate distance of 1000 metres, in the District of Richmondshire due to carriageway maintenance and drainage works.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 14.07.14 until 30.11.14 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken from 26.08.14 for 2 weeks. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be by arrangement with the contractor. All enquiries to: Tel: 08458 72 73 74
