(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STOPPING, PARKING PLACES AND DISABLED PARKING) ORDER 2011 (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2014

The Council intend to make an Order under Sections 1, 2,4, 32 and 35 and Pt IV of Sch 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to introduce a Parking Mon-Sat 9am-6pm 30mins no return within 30mins restriction outside No's 58-62 Front St., Sedgefield. All other existing restrictions in this locality will remain unchanged. A copy of the Order, Map and supporting documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Durham Mon-Fri 9am-4pm; via the Council website and at Sedgefield District Library during normal opening hours. Any person wishing to object to the proposal should send their grounds of objection in writing to Loraine Holding, Legal Assistant, County Hall, Durham or via email to highways.orders@durham.gov.uk, quoting ref. 92776 by no later than 01.08.14.
