I give notice that York Handmade Brick Co. is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the extraction of clay and restoration of site to water body and nature conservation.
Development affecting a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies. Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 25 July 2014. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
