Proposed development at Stokesley Community Primary School, 5 Springfield, Stokesley,MiddlesbroughTS9 5EW.
I give notice that The Corporate Director, Children and Young People's Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the relocation of two external canopies from the front elevation of the building, to be re-erected at the rear elevation, construction of new single leaf external fire exit door to the rear elevation and the demolition of an existing temporary classroom unit.
The part of Stokesley within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallertonduring all reasonable hours until 25th July 2014. The application may be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
