NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.72/9/1, HUTTON RUDBY) ORDER 2014 NO 280 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 10.72/9/1, Hutton Rudby between grid reference NZ46350620 and NZ45450570, in the District of Hambleton to carryouta culvertdiversion.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 28.07.14 until 27.01.15 inclusive and itis envisaged thatthe works will be undertaken over 4 weeks within the timescale above. The closure will be putinto effectbynotices and signs.
