(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) (FOOTWAY LINKING ST HILARY CLOSE & HURGILL ROAD, RICHMOND) ORDER 2014 NO 296 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along the footway linking St Hilary Close and Hurgill Road, Richmond, in the District of Richmondshire due to replacement of gas main.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 08.08.14 until 31.11.14 inclusive and it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken over 2 weeks commencing on 08.08.14. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
