NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Isabella Davison late of 41 Dene Hall Drive, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14 6UF who died on the 28 June 2014, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by the 3 October 2014 afterwhich date the Executor of the said Deceased will distribute the Estate of the said Deceased among the persons enti- tled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
