(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 3 and BRIDLEWAY NO. 1, PARISH OF HIGH CONISCLIFFE) DIVERSION ORDER 2014

The above named Order was confirmed on the 6th August 2014. The effect of the Order will be to divert the lengths of public footpath and bridleway described in Part 1 of the Schedule to the routes described in Part 2 of the Schedule below. The width of each existing footpath and bridleway is unspecified; the width of the new footpath will be 2m and the new bridleway will be 3m. A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order and Map may be boughtthere atthe price of30p. The Order comes into force on the 20th August2014, butifanyperson aggrieved bythe Order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in the Order on the ground thatitis notwithin the powers ofthe above Actor on the ground that anyrequirementofthatActor anyregulation made under ithas notbeen complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order he or she may make an application to the High Court for any of these within six weeks from the date of this Notice.

From NZ23096/15780 eastwards for 276m to NZ23360/15719, then northwards for 748m to NZ23450/16450

Footpath No. 3
From NZ22996/15636 east south east for 103m to NZ23083/15598 to connect with Footpath 4.
BridlewayNo. 1
From NZ23096/15780 northwards, following the bank of Ulnaby Beck for 764m to NZ23237/16428 where it meets the disused railway line, then eastwards for 207m to connect with the existing bridleway at NZ23450/16450
