PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the Hambleton District Council to vary a premises licence under the above Acton 15th August 2014. Applicant: Shell UK Oil Products Ltd/Address of premises: Shell Gristhwaite, Topdiffe Road, Topcliffe, Thirsk, YO7 3HN. Proposed variation to the licensable activities: To Extend the Sale of Alcohol hours to 00:00 hours to 24:00 hours Monday to Sunday for Consumption Off the Premises, to add the Provision of Late Night Refreshment 23.00 hours to 05.00 hours Monday to Sunday. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is:
Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL6 2UU. Any person wishing to make representa­tions on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating he nature and grounds for making such representa­tions to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 12th September 2014. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowinglyorrecklesslymakeafalse statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
