LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE ACT:

1. Name of Applicant: GREAT AYTON & DISTRICT CONSERVATIVE CLUB. 2. Postal address of premises: 5 Low Green, Great Ayton, Middlesbrough, Cleveland, TS9 6NN. 3. PROPOSED VARIATION TO LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES: To extend the business hours from 11.00pm to 12.00 Midnight on Fridays & Saturdays. 4.The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by not later than 23rd September 2014. 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
