TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.110/29/1, NORTHALLERTON) ORDER 2014 NO 367
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(5) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.110/29/1 NORTHALLERTON) ORDER 2014 NO 93 made on 07.03.14, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 10.110/29/1, Northallerton between grid reference SE37899456 and SE38359461, in the DISTRICT of Hambleton to enable construction works for the proposed Turker Back flood storage area as part of the Northallerton Flood Alleviation Scheme. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 17.09.14 until17.03.15inclusiveanditisenvisagedthattheremainder of the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times. A local alternative route is available and signed on site.
