NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION WITH CONVOY CONTROL)
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS - HAMBLETON AREA) ORDER 2014 NO 359
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 10 mph along the following locations in the District of Hambleton due to patching, minor civil works and surface dressing to carriageway: -
A167 Northallerton Road from junction with C1 to Eryholme Lane A167 from Smeaton Bridge to Hornby Road junction A170from 30 mph limit west of Sutton under Whitestonecliffe to Osgodby Lane junction
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 22/09/14 until 30/09/15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the restrictions will be in force from one day to two weeks at the different locations during this timescale. The restrictions will be put into effect by notices and signs and convoy control will be in place.
